On March 19th, the 13th 'Challenge Cup' National University Student Entrepreneurship Competition National Finals came to a close.
Our university's entry, titled 'Smart Construction, Fearless in Adversity - Pioneers in the Future of Integrated Design for Prefabricated Green Temporary Buildings,' was awarded the Bronze Prize in the national finals. The project was completed by students from our School of Architecture: Li Qingze, Wang Qian, Huang Jingyue, Liu Yufan, Ma Xindi, Yuan Ye, Feng Yaqin, Guo Jia, and Zhang Ruyun. The project was supervised by teachers Zhang Wei, Liu Guandong, and Yuan Li. Following Professor Liu Yong's competition team winning the National First Prize in the 'Challenge Cup' competition in 2022, this marks another achievement at the national level.

Project Overview: With the national commitment to achieving carbon neutrality by 2035, the emphasis on investment in ecological and environmental projects is increasing. This trend is expanding the application of prefabricated temporary buildings. However, the current construction landscape involves multiple enterprises, leading to complex procedures, extended timelines, and overall inefficiency. This results in increased human, material, and financial costs for projects. Few enterprises have introduced effective solutions, leaving a growing demand unmet.
Our project addresses these challenges by integrating resources across the design-to-construction spectrum. We propose a streamlined 4+1+10 standardized design model, leveraging an intelligent platform with a focus on layout standardization, intelligent design, green building, and BIM technology. This approach covers the entire process from site planning to component recovery, providing a comprehensive service for major engineering enterprises and construction units seeking intelligent and eco-friendly prefabricated buildings.
