School of Architecture in Chang’an University successfully held during the 70th anniversary of the birthday of the including technology exhibition, academic BBS, alumni panel, design competition awards, including a series of activities, for the 70th anniversary celebration activities to build a strong academic atmosphere, and further to realize the win-win cooperation between the school and alumni and grow up together laid a good foundation.
At 9:30 on April 17, 2021, the First Alumni Industry Expo of Chang'an University and the Scientific and Technological Achievement of Chang'an University and Poverty Allocation Achievement Exhibition of Chang'an University opened in Xi 'an International Convention and Exhibition Center. The exhibition will last for two days with the theme of "Purchasing Dreams with One Mind, Innovating Morality, Gathering the Future and Sharing the Future". A number of domestic and foreign Chang 'an University alumni enterprises, Chang'an University strategic partners, Chang'an University teachers and students science and technology innovation enterprises, discipline related industries of Chang'an University enterprises were invited to participate in the exhibition. The School of Architecture invited the Northwest Institute of China Construction Engineering, Xi'an Urban Planning and Design Institute and other relevant alumni enterprises to show their new achievements and projects in the industry exposition in recent years. The next step will be to strengthen the strategic cooperation between the two sides and make joint progress in personnel training, architectural design, land and resources optimization, etc.

At 10 o'clock in the morning, as one of the important activities of the Industry Expo, "Looking Back at Chang'an" - the Forum for Cultivating Architectural Professionals under the Integration of Industry and Education (the third season), hosted by the School of Architecture, was also held in the conference hall of Xi'an International Convention and Exhibition Center. The forum conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as "the integration of architectural education and industry development", "how to deal with the new era of architectural education". Pan An, President of Guangzhou Planning Association and Secretary General of Science and Technology Committee of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development; Feng Xiaohui, Department-level researcher of Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources; Fan Dongtao, Vice President and Chief Engineer of Huashe Design Group Co., Ltd.; Shi Huaiyu, Secretary of Party Committee and President of Shaanxi Institute of Urban and Rural Planning and Design; Huang Yong, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Chongqing University, gave a keynote speech. Leaders of Chang'an University, alumni of the School of Architecture, Party and government leaders of the School of Architecture, teachers and student representatives attended the forum.

On the afternoon of April 17th, School of Architecture held an alumni discussion and exchange meeting with the theme of "Integration of Industry and Education, Collaborative Development" in the Lecture Hall on the second floor of the Architecture Hall of Xiaozhai Campus. From all over the country more than one hundred alumni, once involved in college construction and development of old teacher and leadership on behalf of, once had worked in the college, has been focused on the development of the college leaders and representatives of teachers, school of all the school leadership, each department director, in-service teacher representatives attended the meeting, everybody together, a total of a friendly old schoolmates, plan for cooperation and development prospects, college together a better future.

On April 18, 2021, the Awarding Ceremony of the First Shell Gas Station Environmental Innovation Design Competition and the Architectural Education Talents Training Forum of Shaanxi Civil and Architectural Society was held in the lecture hall of the west podium building of the library on the north campus of Chang'an University. The event is co-sponsored by Chang'an University, Shaanxi Civil and Architectural Society, Yanchang Shell Petroleum Co., Ltd., and co-organized by Xi 'an Jiaotong University and other eight universities. The activity is divided into two parts: the first part is to extend the winning works of Shell's first gas station environmental innovation design competition publicity, theme salon and design competition award ceremony, the second part is the Shaanxi Civil and Architectural Society architecture education talent training forum. At this point, the series of activities for the 70th anniversary of the founding of Chang'an University organized by the School of Architecture came to a successful conclusion.
